Key Accountabilities:

He/she is responsible to perform regular check-ups or inspections in networking devices, AV infrastructure, and other IT/AV related peripherals.

Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues.

Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices.

Setting up Apple devices (Laptop, IPAD, Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems including other peripherals

Doing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if required

Setting up projectors, and sound systems as per request.

Setting up gaming devices for the kids for their personal use & Events.

Installation & updating of application software as required with management approval.

Setting up the operating system (windows XP,7,8 & 10,11 & MAC OSX)

Assist in the actual events for technicalities and sometimes printing/laminating/labelling

Perform any other related duties as required and asked by the reporting manager.
