- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Providing technical support across the company (in person and over the phone)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical software and hardware issue
- Keep a record of issues and their solutions.
- Responsible for Printers, Servers, and Telephone systems
- Installation of application and software maintenance (MS Office, Outlook & other office applications as and when requested with approval)
- Maintain system with the upgrade and configure as needed
- Manage Telephone, Access Point and Firewall Systems
- Manage CCTV, Access Control and Attendance system
- Manage VR and IOT devices and ensure all are clean and in prefect working condition
- Update VR and IOT devices firmware
- Prepare necessary hardware as per the customer order requirements
- Create Customer Learning Management Platform accounts based on the order details
- Install/Uninstall VR programs/modules depending on the client requirements and specifications
- Deployment of VR and IOT devices
- Conduct device and platform training for the customer
- Conduct site visits for technical support requests
- Manage VR and IOT customer accounts (licenses, users, languages, reports etc.)
- After-Sales customer support
- Alter/Revisions of existing promotional documents (flyers, banners, posters, business card etc)
- Assist sales team in product demonstration and events
- Product Training and Orientation on new employees
- Procurement and allocating of IT assets
- Maintenance of IT equipment on regular basis
- Maintenance and Operation of large format scanners
- Graphic Design
- Assist office admin in daily office operations
- Assist office admin in warehouse management
- Conduct scheduled fixed asset inventory and reports
