Reporting to the Managing DirectorProviding technical support across the company (in person and over the phone)Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical software and hardware issueKeep a record of issues and their solutions.Responsible for Printers, Servers, and Telephone systemsInstallation of application and software maintenance (MS Office, Outlook & other office applications as and when requested with approval)Maintain system with the upgrade and configure as neededManage Telephone, Access Point and Firewall SystemsManage CCTV, Access Control and Attendance systemManage VR and IOT devices and ensure all are clean and in prefect working conditionUpdate VR and IOT devices firmwarePrepare necessary hardware as per the customer order requirementsCreate Customer Learning Management Platform accounts based on the order detailsInstall/Uninstall VR programs/modules depending on the client requirements and specificationsDeployment of VR and IOT devicesConduct device and platform training for the customerConduct site visits for technical support requestsManage VR and IOT customer accounts (licenses, users, languages, reports etc.)After-Sales customer supportAlter/Revisions of existing promotional documents (flyers, banners, posters, business card etc)Assist sales team in product demonstration and eventsProduct Training and Orientation on new employeesProcurement and allocating of IT assetsMaintenance of IT equipment on regular basisMaintenance and Operation of large format scannersGraphic DesignAssist office admin in daily office operationsAssist office admin in warehouse managementConduct scheduled fixed asset inventory and reports
