Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee joinery projects from inception to completion.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop project plans and timelines.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Lead the joinery team and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, email communications, and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards related to joinery works.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in interior fitout or furniture manufacture companies
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
