Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and oversee joinery projects from inception to completion.- Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop project plans and timelines.- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.- Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.- Lead the joinery team and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, email communications, and updates for stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards related to joinery works.- Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience in interior fitout or furniture manufacture companies- Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, techniques, and equipment.- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.- Proficient in project management tools and software.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

candidates must have minimum 4 - 6 yrs. experience in fit out / Joinery site execution in UAE.. To visit the assigned projects regularly and monitor the work progress. Should have bachelor's in civil engineering· To ensure that the project work completion program is strictly implemented· To meet consultants/contractors and discuss the site progress. Report to the Project Manager about the site progress, sub-contractor status and Manpower schedule daily basis.· To prepare progress report of the assigned site and submit to the management on daily basis· To discuss the shop drawings with the consultants and contractors, take approvals and ensure that the works are done at the site strictly as per the approved drawings· To monitor the performance of the team working at assigned sites· To ensure that the materials at site are stored properly protecting them from possible damages· To ensure that the remaining materials at site are sent back to the company store. To ensure timely submission of progress invoices / payment certificate / collection.
