You will support the Accounts Department in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining transparency in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record all accounting transactions accurately.
• Prepare budget forecasts and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial records.
• Conduct audits of financial transactions and documents to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and report on financial health, liquidity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely bank payments and manage cash flows effectively.
• Safeguard financial data confidentiality and maintain regular database backups.
• Comply with accounting standards (GAAP) and company policies.
