Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to the fabrication process.
Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fabrication processes.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and materials teams to ensure that required raw materials, tools, and resources are available for production.
Monitor and track production progress, identifying potential delays or issues and working with relevant departments to resolve them.
Support the creation and maintenance of production plans, ensuring they meet quality standards, cost targets, and production timelines.
Assist in managing inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations, and coordinate with procurement for timely material replenishment.
Assist in preparing reports on production performance, including schedules, material usage, and resource allocation.
Help maintain production documentation, including work orders, material requisitions, and process instructions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review new product designs, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with production capabilities.
