Market Segmentation and Analysis:

  • Identify and analyze market segments, including architects, interior designers, and large corporate clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate and expand our presence within targeted segments.

Specification Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for product specification.

  • Tailor approaches to engage architects, designers, and corporate decision-makers in specifying our products.

  • Utilize market insights to customize messaging and value propositions for each segment.

Relationship Building and Networking:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, designers, and key corporate clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, offering product information, technical support, and project-specific solutions.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.

Product Education and Training:

  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for stakeholders to enhance understanding of our offerings.

  • Keep stakeholders informed about product updates, innovations, and best practices in product application.

Sales Support and Pipeline Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the specification-to-sales conversion process.

  • Provide sales team members with necessary resources, tools, and insights to facilitate deal closures.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of the sales pipeline and actively contribute to its growth through specification activities.

  • Closely interacting with New and Existing channel partners to ensure continued business and pursue to achieve Month-on-Month revenue growth.

  • Liaising with Inactive channel partners to identify and bridge gaps and convert them to Active Channel Partners

  • Liaising with Interior designers, architects, contractors, Channel Partners for project enquiries and orders

  • Generating Project Leads by visiting project sites and exploring Project Partner network.

  • Actively working to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.

  • Diligently working with all channel partners to ensure timely Payment Collection.

  • Prepare detailed MIS reports related visits and outcomes of meetings and weekly and monthly order forecasts
