Must be familiar with most types of kitchen equipment’s such as Gas & Electric burners, Ovens, Fryer’s, Grills, Microwave Ovens, Hot plates, Toaster, Panini Grills, Upright Chiller & Freezer, Cold rooms Chiller & Freezer, Dish washers (hood type & under counter type) , Meat grinders, blenders, mixers, Pastry equipment, dough mixer, dough sheeter, dough roller and Coffee machine, Coffee Grinders.
Hvac & Laundry skills is an added advantage.
