Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE and GCC countries. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of GPS and Total Station equipment to accurately determine land boundaries, elevations, and construction layouts. This role is crucial in providing precise measurements and data to support engineering, mapping, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land surveys to establish legal property boundaries, elevations, and alignments.
• Operate and maintain GPS and Total Station equipment to collect field data accurately.
• Analyze and interpret survey data, maps, blueprints, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey results meet project requirements.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, sketches, and maps for clients and stakeholders.
• Verify data accuracy by conducting necessary re-checks and cross-referencing with existing maps and documents.
• Comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project guidelines during all survey activities.
