The primary function of a Laser Nurse is to improve the patient’s skin condition, whether in treating a medical problem or for cosmetic purposes. A laser nurse uses the laser to remove discoloration, surface skin, tissues or growths and also provides other skin care.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Consult patients to assess their concerns regarding appearance and the services they desire.
2. Perform skin analysis and evaluation to determine laser treatments.
3. Administer laser procedures, including but not limited to Hair Removal, Treatment of Pigmented Lesions and Thread Veins, Facial/Skin Rejuvenation, Active Acne, Chemical Resurfacing, and Wrinkle Reduction.
4. Develop treatment plans for patients with ongoing follow-ups.
5. Obtain applicable medical history and maintain records.
6. Perform the required procedures in a time-efficient manner while maintaining a pleasant attitude.
7. Advise and coordinate with clients on all aspects of procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have in a professional and friendly manner.
8. Promote clinic services and its products.
9. Ensure a high level of care to patients and work towards achieving the clinic's set financial targets.
