Education Required

The Ideal candidate should have an Engineering Degree with relevant certifications in Corrosion Field.

Experience Requried

• Minimum 15 years of experience in which 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry in a Corrosion field.
• Extensive Involvements in the life time of oil & gas projects (Concept, pre-FEED, FEED, EPC & PMC.
• Provide expert input in material selection and corrosion engineering technology
• Knowledge of the international standards and codes (NACE, ASME, EN, ISO, API, ASTM
• Supervise and provide guidance in the development of Metallurgy key deliverables, MSD, MSR, CMM, Painting, Coating specifications.
• Supervise the verification of Material Selection.
• Review ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents and provide technical support to proposal engineering team. Ensure process design related scope is well understood for cost and schedule purposes.
• Supervise the verification of Material Selection. Use Corrosion calculation software such as ECE IV to ensure project specification details in the FEED Packages are feasible and participate in Contract/Risk review and identify the risk related to project.
• Previous Experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
