- Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions Develop and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to address capability gaps
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory frameworks related to L&D Track learning metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
