Perform expert repair and restoration services on a range of shoes and bags
· Conduct meticulous color mixing and patina techniques to match and restore the original color and finish of the items.
· Execute a variety of repair services, including but not limited to sole replacement, heel replacement, stitching, patching, and reconditioning, with a focus on preserving the integrity and aesthetics of each item.
· Assess customer items for necessary repairs, provide accurate cost estimates, and communicate estimated turnaround times effectively.
· Utilize specialized tools, techniques, and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and ensure exceptional quality.
· Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools, fostering a safe and productive working environment.
· Communicate with customers to understand their specific repair requirements and provide knowledgeable guidance on suitable repair options.
