As a Legal PRO, you will be responsible for managing and handling all legal documentation and public relations matters, ensuring compliance with GCC laws and regulations. Your expertise in legal processes and strong communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining positive relationships with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Legal Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and permits, while ensuring they comply with local laws and regulations.
- Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, facilitating efficient and timely communication with various authorities.
- Visa and Labor Affairs: Coordinate visa processing, labor permits, and other immigration-related matters for employees, ensuring compliance with GCC labor laws.
- Compliance Management: Monitor changes in GCC legal requirements, keep abreast of regulatory updates, and advise the management on necessary actions to maintain compliance.
- Company Representation: Represent the company in legal and governmental proceedings, meetings, and hearings, as required.
- Crisis Management: Develop strategies to address potential legal or public relations crises and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to legal and public relations activities.
