As the Senior Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our company's success by leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function. - Provide guidance and support to resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns in a fair and consistent manner.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
- Manage the company's payroll as well as compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
