Roles & Responsibilities
Order Processing:
- Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, verification, and confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track and update order status, communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shipment Coordination:
- Track and trace shipments to monitor delivery progress and resolve any potential issues.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including invoices, shipping documents, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement in logistics operations.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, finance, customer service, sales and warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination and timely flow of information.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics-related matters.
