Job purpose

Main job responsibilities are to Order monitoring and follow up for readiness of orders and liaising and coordination with the sales team for shipment deliveries as planned and on time.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Order monitoring and follow up for readiness of orders.
2. Planning and arranging deliveries as the procedures and policy.
3. Preparing load list and scheduling of shipment for deliveries.
4. Organizing and ensuring that relevant documents are prepared and available for deliveries.
5. Coordinate with the transport department for collections and deliveries.
6. Liaising and coordination with the sales team for shipment deliveries.
7. Export, FZ & GCC Delivery planning.
8. Ensure that all orders are delivered as planned and on time.
9. Update sales team on the delivery planning and Status of Orders.
10. Delivery order management (Monitoring & confirmation).
11. Pending orders follow up.
12. Attend queries of sales team and trouble shooting.
    

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum 3-4 years in Logistics coordination /Relevant field.
3. Knowledge Of English Language.
4. Knowledge of working with WMS/Operating systems.

• Good Command over language – English (Speak and write)
• MS Office knowledge is a must.
• Team leading skills
• Should be a Team player.
• Shipping / Freight forwarding experience.
• A good knowledge of logistics processes and practice will be a plus.
• Working Days per week – 6 days
• Awareness of IMS policy
• Awareness of IMS objectives related to their work area
• Awareness of business process risks related to their area
• Awareness of safety and health risks and controls for risk reduction related to area of work
• Awareness of environment aspect and impact and controls related to impact reduction related to area of work.
