We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator with 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of logistics operations, including the transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to support project activities. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure timely delivery to various project sites.

• Manage and monitor the logistics and supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficient movement of goods and services.

• Plan and optimize routes for transportation, minimizing costs while ensuring compliance with project timelines.

• Ensure that all logistics operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, adhering to industry best practices.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to track shipments and resolve any logistical issues or delays.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and delivery schedules, ensuring traceability and documentation compliance.

• Work closely with the procurement and project teams to ensure the availability and timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for ongoing projects.

• Manage customs clearance processes, ensuring that all documentation and regulatory requirements are met for international shipments.

• Troubleshoot any logistics-related issues, including damages, delays, or shortages, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems.

• Prepare regular logistics performance reports, including cost analysis, delivery schedules, and performance metrics.
