Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, including planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and minimize costs while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with transportation providers and other logistics service providers.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accurate inventory tracking and minimize stockouts.
- Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and implement relevant changes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
