Assist in painting and spray-painting of walls, ceilings, and furniture.
Support grouting, masonry, tile, and marble fixing for repairs and renovations.
Perform carpentry and furniture repair tasks, including assembling, fixing, and refinishing furniture.
Assist in general maintenance activities such as minor repairs, patching, and surface finishing.
Prepare, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Monitor work areas and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Record maintenance activities accurately and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) applications for work orders, task tracking, and system updates.
