Data Management & Governance
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data management framework & Strategy to ensure data consistency, quality, and security across HR, Procurement, and Finance.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee the integration of data from various sources into a centralized system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement tools and technologies for
effective data management and governance.
Analytics & Insights
• Lead the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to provide actionable insights for HR (e.g., workforce planning, employee engagement), Procurement (e.g., supplier performance, cost optimization), and Finance (e.g., budget tracking, financial forecasting).
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced data analytics techniques such as machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Design and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve the effectiveness of shared service operations.
• Drive data-driven decision-making across all shared service verticals by presenting insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
UX/UI Design & Design Thinking
• Apply hands-on UX/UI design experience to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for data management and analytics tools.
• Utilize design thinking principles to understand user needs, prototype solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with their expectations and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the overall user experience.
Demand Management & Project Management
• Manage the demand for data and analytics services by prioritizing requests and aligning them with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a project portfolio to track and manage ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating resources, setting timelines, and monitoring progress.
• Implement project management best practices to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and consistency in reporting and analytics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of data analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives that align with
organizational objectives.
Process Optimization
• Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements in HR, Procurement, and Finance operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
