1. Monitor the monthly closing performance / function.
2. Prepares and analyze monthly / quarterly financial statements for external auditors.
3. Reviews and analyzes the financial and non-financial information and prepares reports on agreed dimensions and other KPI related reports.
4. Monitors the adherence of the Accounting function employees to NAQUA guidelines, policies & procedures.
5. Assesses the needs of the business, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
6. Interpret and analyze financial information posted to general ledger accounts.
7. Developing financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk; and improve internal controls.
8. Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
9.Managing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
10. Liaising with internal and external auditors.
