Contribute to the design and direct corporate revenue management strategy, steering efforts towards the maximization of profitability.
Oversee the assessment and evaluation of the Company’s competition affecting supply and demand to develop accurate revenue forecasts and other required activities in detail
Ensure that the product offers and rates are continuously adjusted to demand to maximize revenue and profitability throughout the year.
Direct the SBU’s evaluation of opportunities for contracted business (group, wholesale, corporate negotiated, etc.), in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing department, to ensure that all opportunities are scrutinized for strategic intent and expected profitability.
Develop and maintain a close relationship with the market manager of Third-Party Intermediaries to maximize the opportunities with all channels.
Provide requisite training and development, contributing to the development of a Revenue Growth and Management culture within the Company.
