Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of PR s from site and invoices from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded and any other petty cash.
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Administers budget variance tracking for the project
Review new project budget and cost codes against estimates
Manage the Project Status Report process for all projects within the regional office
Prepares projects' budgets according to the approved P&L and follows up on the budgeted cost items.
Assures to stay within the project each item cost budget and discusses each case with the relevant PM before action.
Follow up on cost control processing to optimize the cash out and report budget issues.
