- Prepare and develop MEP Shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety).
- Developing MEP drawings as per proposed design concept.
- Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.
- Ensure drawings are designed as per UAE Authority Regulations.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and quantity estimation when required.
- Maintain proper filing of all drawings and project-related documents.
- Liaise with site engineers and project team for updates and clarifications.
- Prepare of as-built MEP drawings
