Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review HVAC design drawings, load calculations, and ducting/layout schemes using relevant software (e.g., HAP, AutoCAD, Revit).Conduct heat load analysis and select appropriate HVAC systems as per project requirements.Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors for smooth integration of HVAC systems.Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and approved drawings.Ensure timely execution, site safety, and quality standards are met.Assist with authority approvals and site inspections as required (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD).

Prepare and develop MEP Shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety).Developing MEP drawings as per proposed design concept.Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural drawings to avoid clashes.Ensure drawings are designed as per UAE Authority Regulations.Assist in preparing material take-offs and quantity estimation when required.Maintain proper filing of all drawings and project-related documents.Liaise with site engineers and project team for updates and clarifications.Prepare of as-built MEP drawings
