Job Purpose The MEP Estimation Engineer - Mechanical is responsible for reviewing Mechanical & Plumping Drawings, Scope of works, relevant standards, other tender documents etc. and preparing Bill of Quantities for materials and resources for the cost estimation of MEP projects of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Buildings. ESCO related Mechanical & Plumping works estimations also to be prepared aligning with project requirements. Job Responsibilities * Planning & Management: Prepare project Mechanical & Plumping works scope summary based on the tender documents and plan the estimation activities based on the tender requirements.
