The Site Storekeeper is responsible for the assigned Project Stores activities including receiving deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting stores transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of surplus inventory of the Project.


  1. Manage the receiving, handling, Inspecting, distribution, storage and inventory control of all material that come in and out of the stores.
  2. Plan stores layout, prepare bin arrangement, Logistics plan and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage.
  3. Maintain quality of all incoming items, communicate all delays or variances in incoming items to the appropriate parties.
  4. Maintain strict control on tools inventory.
  5. Supervise a team of stores employees, including delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions.
  6. Purchase Requisition and LPO ( Coordinate with Project Manager for PR, Forwarding to Procurement Department and follow up for Materials, Maintaining PR tracker update etc
  7. Scrap management
