Gaelan Hospital is looking for a skilled MEP Technician to manage HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and ensure smooth, uninterrupted hospital operations. The role is critical in maintaining a safe and compliant healthcare environment.

• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of MEP systems

• Handle electrical maintenance: wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, power faults

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems: Split AC, AHU, FCU, compressors, air curtains

• Troubleshoot AC issues: gas leakage, cooling failure, compressor faults

• Maintain plumbing and drainage systems

• Inspect and maintain fire alarm & safety systems

• Maintain equipment: Generator, UPS, refrigerators, deep freezers

• Perform general facility maintenance (locks, fixtures, minor repairs)

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (hospital environment)

• Report issues to the Facility Manager and minimize downtime
