Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, voice gateway, VPN, QoS)
Supervise the racking and stacking team on building telecom panel
Collaborate with Network Architect on Network design
Prepare and working on Network Design Documents
Perform site installation, integration and testing activities
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Liaise with vendors and other personnel for problem resolution
Monitors of site progress and preparation of weekly ‘look-a-heads’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones
Compliance with the HSE Regulations of the Company
