Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating manpower planning, and aligning project timelines with procurement and material receipt for seamless execution. Requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Act as principal point of responsibility for all aspects of shipyard EPCI fabrication and construction projectAssist project and planning teams for developing project plans and ensure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule and within scope;Prepare project budgets by analyzing technical drawings while updating specifications and project costs;Ensure project execution is within budget and schedule of the project scope and ensure compliance with corporate standards and guideline;Work with multiple discipline projects and monitor fieldwork activities, as well as organize minimum subcontractors on a daily basis;Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;Coordinate with estimation team project estimation and project schedule;Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted along with the invoices to client/owner representative and completion certificates are signed off appropriately;Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of Shipyard projects to help organize and manage the total work scope of the project;Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Review engineering drawings and documentationPrepare procurement datasheets in collaboration with project engineers, and ensuring the timely sourcing of materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Developing Quality Plans: Creating and implementing quality management plans, including quality assurance and quality control procedures.Reviewing Technical Data: Analyzing material technical data sheets to ensure compliance with project specifications.Preparing Method Statements: Developing method statements for various construction activities and ensuring they are approved before work begins.Conducting Inspections: Submitting inspection requests and conducting inspections to verify that work meets quality standards.Monitoring Compliance: Ensuring that all construction activities comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.Managing Documentation: Maintaining and controlling quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.Coordinating with Teams: Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Training and Mentoring: Providing training and guidance to team members on quality standards and procedures

Ensure the quality and compliance of products, processes, and systems throughout the construction phase.Responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and audits to identify deviations from quality standards, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Maintain quality assurance processes and ensuring that the SPM Buoy meets customer requirements, industry regulations, and internationally recognized QA/QC standards.
