About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager with extensive ADNOC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control processes are in compliance with ADNOC standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and systems.
✔️ Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international quality standards.
✔️ Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assessments on projects and materials.
✔️ Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing training and support.
✔️ Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to maintain high-quality standards.
✔️ Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
✔️ Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to quality management.
