Ability to conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation / induction
§ HSE awareness sessions to workers
§ Understand and implement Journey Management Plan
§ Awareness on H2S & Breathing Apparatus where applicable
§ Ability to understand and participate in Transport Safety/Road Safety
Risk Assessments
§ Ability to conduct Vehicle inspections with thorough knowledge on the
safety devices
§ Ability to understand and implement Transport Emergency response
plans/procedures
§ Ability to prepare Road Safety awareness training materials, maintain
database, and generate reports from IVMS or equivalent
§ Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills
