Job Summary:

The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a workers' or staff camp, ensuring efficient accommodation, catering, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and experience managing large-scale facilities in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Camp Operations & Facilities Management:Ensure the proper upkeep and cleanliness of living quarters, common areas, and facilities.
   Oversee laundry, housekeeping, and general hygiene in compliance with UAE regulations.
   Monitor utilities (water, electricity, waste disposal) and coordinate repairs as needed.
   
2. Catering & Food Services:Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food hygiene and quality.
   Manage meal schedules, dietary requirements, and stock levels of food supplies.
   
3. Staff Supervision & Training:Manage camp staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams.
   Assign duties, provide training, and ensure adherence to camp policies.
   
4. Health, Safety & Compliance:Ensure the camp meets UAE labor and municipality health & safety standards.
   Conduct regular inspections, fire drills, and emergency response training.
   
5. Inventory & Procurement:Maintain stock levels of food, cleaning materials, and essential camp supplies.
   Coordinate with procurement teams for timely ordering and replenishment.
   
6. Budget & Reporting:Prepare and manage budgets for camp operations.
   Submit reports on expenses, maintenance, and staff management to senior management.
