University degree (Engineering / Science)

NEBOSH IGC / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent certifications

Language proficiency (English, Arabic may be an asset)

Full computer literacy

12 to 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years of experience as an Occupational Safety and Health Manager

Knowledge of relevant international and local safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, and other applicable standards)

Experience in implementing and managing safety management systems (SMS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
