- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of comprehensive patient records in adherence to record-keeping standards and to support fellow team members.
- Submit patient documentation promptly.
- Undertake other relevant duties as required.
- Attend KPI (Key Performance Indicator) training sessions for improvement and quality enhancement.
- Participate in audits when necessary.
- Be prepared for additional tasks related to EMR (Electronic Medical Records) implementation, coordinated with the Rehab Team Leader.
