We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager for a Government Client who will play a pivotal role in the organization, directly reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, possesses hands-on experience in project management, and has a strong background in IT. Candidate should:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication in both Arabic and English.
• Handle project management responsibilities, from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and documentation.
• Utilize IT knowledge to support and enhance office systems and processes.
Salary:
QAR 12,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
