We are seeking a highly qualified Training Specialist to join our esteemed government client. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Qatar, possess a strong HR background, and be fluent in both Arabic and English. • Design and implement effective learning and development programs tailored to the organization's needs.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.
• Collaborate with HR to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards.

Salary:
QAR 12,500 to 14,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Locally available in Qatar.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
