About the Job : The role holder is responsible for handling all enquiries from B2B & B2C clients & Providing accurate Quotation, Confirmation, Reconfirmation for all online & offline bookings Amendment and Cancelation. Responsibilities : Duty to perform. The duties of an agent depends primarily on the contract of agency, if there is one. Sells and coordinates accommodations, transportation, tours and activities. Duty of Obedience and Loyalty. Dealing with customer queries and complaints by providing exceptional customer care, first call resolution and the highest quality of customer service. Problem Solving, with a process improvement mindset. Able to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport and multi-task, accepting and adapting to change quickly and professionally. Ability to positively influence team and peers. Learning agility and ability to act on constructive feedback. Profile Requirements : Bachelor s degree. A minimum of 1-2 years of hotel reservation experience. Prior experience in same profile. Sound knowledge of regional services sector and market. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Communication skills. Planning and Organizing skills. Fluent written and spoken English essential. Fluent written and spoken Arabic added advantage.
