- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the delivery department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce delivery times.
- Monitor and track delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitoring the financial and operational performance and initiating required actions for improvement.
- Manage a team of delivery drivers, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis on delivery performance to senior management.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of delivery operations, including planning, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the replenishment process to ensure product availability for delivery.
