Lead and manage all aspects of operations.
Monitor and maintain operational oversight of Staff and the business output.
Implement strict directives to meet industry standards and customers’ expectations.

Conduct methodical efforts across training, monitoring & output.

Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

Candidate must be based in the UAE and is willing to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi daily.
Candidates who can join immediately will be considered.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations management within the Agricultural sector.
Must have leadership experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports in their current or past role.
Must have experience with the MEA Market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
