Develop functional and technical components based on requirements provided by Human Resources (HR) for all the HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, (Goals and Performance), Absence Management, ORC, Compensation, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Payroll modules),Support Technical and Functional Teams.
Ensure smooth closure of monthly payroll cycle along with HR key users.
Gather documents from the HR team for new technical/functional developments.
Coordinate with Oracle support team for key issues and bugs in Oracle.
Perform functional and Technical testing for patches provided by Oracle Support.
Stay updated on Oracle Updates on new features for all HCM modules and do the needful in the system as per the Oracle announcements.
Develop and Enhance integration code for HCM
Support integrations of core insurance systems with Oracle HCM. Resolve assigned service desk requests for Oracle HCM system as per department TATs.
Perform reconciliation between Oracle HCM and core insurance or any other systems.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT).
Support end users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide technical and end user training when necessary, including materials preparation.
Lead the project implementations as the subject matter expert for HCM modules and provide functional and technical expertise during implementation to ensure successful go-live.
Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood pages knowledge preferred. Stay updated on Redwood announcements provided by Oracle in order to have seamless transition from MRUI to Redwood pages for all HCM modules.
