Not a support consultant nor a member of the implementation team for the application nor rollout implementation team member. The candidate must have implemented Oracle Hyperion:
Minimum 4 implementation:
Cycle from start installation, requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, training, testing to Go-Live.
Minimum 2 implementations:
should be with the public sector, Government, SIFMIS, IFMIS, GIFMIS including, knowledge on pre-budget processes/activities for generating budget ceiling, issuance of budget call circular, budget process management/workflow and report building using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, meeting etc. to understand business requirement and configure the system in line with the business requirements.
- Conduct CRP and Sprint session with business owners
- Document requirements and translate requirements to application
- Work with technical consultants in understanding business requirement
- Develop business and application documents to meet the requirement of the client.
- Manage documentations and deliverables related to Hyperion Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and maintains planning data entry forms.
- Develop and maintain business rules
- Manage Dimension Hierarchies
- Develop and maintain task lists, calculation scripts and reports to support business requirements for planning cycles and reporting goals in the Hyperion Planning.
- Manage Hyperion Essbase, Planning, Strategy Finance, SmartView, DRM and Reporting.
- Design and maintain all Hyperion financial reports
- Provides support and functional assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view for Planning and Essbase/Reporting.
- Conducted user acceptance testing and involved in every phase of implementation.
- Provide end to end documentation related to complete the installation and implementation of the Hyperion planning application. This includes deliverables attached to each phase of the project.
- Effectively and accurately communicate with management regarding project status, issue identification and remediation
- Experience working in a team-orientated environment.
- Having strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and excellent communication

- 8+ years’ experience with Oracle Hyperion planning.
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude and proactively reach out to users to provide solutions to issues.
- Some level of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. Able to know how budget data from Hyperion Planning interact with E-Business Suite application and vice versa.
