Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive with a valid driving license and proficiency in Arabic to join our team in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and building materials industry to generate new business.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and other stakeholders.
- Product Presentation and Negotiation: Present and demonstrate products to clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating deals to meet both client and company objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.
- Driving to Client Locations: Travel to client sites, construction areas, and potential customers to provide on-site consultations and close deals.
- Customer Service: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations, including driving safely while visiting clients.
