Outdoor Sales Representative

We are excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales, a valid driver’s license, and their own vehicle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to potential clients and existing customers within the assigned region to introduce, promote, and sell the company's products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by offering personalized service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote the company's offerings by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as established by the management team.
• Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team to ensure strategic alignment.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to adjust your sales pitch and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of [2] years of experience in outdoor sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Valid Driver’s License & Car: Must hold a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle for regular travel.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and network within the business community to increase brand visibility and foster customer loyalty.
• Independent Worker: Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your schedule and sales pipeline independently.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
