  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status during outpatient visits, ensuring accurate medical histories and vital signs are recorded.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care strategies to promote overall health.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR), documenting patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes meticulously.
  • Assist with minor surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, providing pre- and post-procedural care and instructions to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures to provide a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
  • Manage patient intake and triage, prioritizing care based on the urgency of medical needs and coordinating follow-up appointments.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families, creating a compassionate atmosphere that fosters trust and communication.
