- Places parts orders as required or scheduled by Suppliers.
- Lists down, reviews, finalizes, and sends the parts orders using the Start Order System.
- Checks, follows up, inquires, and monitors the status of the parts on order through the Star Order system and DCME Technical Department.
- Checks listing for stock orders and if justified releases for ordering.
- Monitors and follows up on parts orders placed on the back-order list.
- Processes back orders. If necessary, have appropriate measures taken to meet the demand at least on a short-term basis.
- Prepares initial stock supply for new vehicles using parts list together with Procurement & Stores Manager.
- Enter and modify orders.
- Updates the Parts Master File List on new part numbers and superseded parts.
- Calculates new stock figures and consumption progress figures.
- Assists and supports the Sales Team in daily operation.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Procurement & Stores Manager.
