Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
Review and verify payroll data, including employee time records, benefits, and deductions.
Prepare cand review payroll reports and summaries, including payroll journal entries and tax filings.
Resolve salary disputes and manage related payments.
Reconciliation of all staff receivables
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
Oversee the implementation of payroll policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed.
