We are a growing family-focused business with a thriving play centre in Dubai, a second location launching soon, and a third set to open in Riyadh. Alongside this, we’re excited to be launching a stylish and innovative kids’ clothing label. Our mission is to create joyful, enriching spaces and products for children and families, and we’re looking for a proactive, passionate Personal Assistant to support the founder in managing this exciting journey.
Role Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll work closely with the founder to help manage day-to-day operations across all business verticals. From scheduling and communication to research and project coordination, you’ll be a key part of the engine behind our dynamic and fast-growing brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the founder, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of our Dubai play centre and support preparations for the launch of new branches
• Help coordinate with vendors, staff, and partners across multiple locations
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
• Support tasks related to the launch and growth of the kids’ clothing label
• Organize files, documents, and handle basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
• Manage social media content scheduling or customer inquiries (as needed)
• Take initiative on small projects and see them through to completion
